个人简介:

2008.06年在华南农业大学获得博士学位,2008.07年至2014.06分别在日本冈山大学和新加坡国立大学做博士后研究,于2014.07入职伟德国际1946。从2014年至今,本人入选以下称号:广西高校引进海外高层次人才“百人计划”入选者,广西杰出青年基金获得者,广西第一批高层次人才(E层次)入选者。

教学和科研成果:  

本人主讲本科生的《基础生物化学》和研究生的《高级生物化学》两门课程。目前,本人从水稻中已克隆出多个重要基因,并对它们做了功能分析,阐明了它们在水稻耐金属毒性中和养分吸收中的分子机制。相关成果以第一作者、通讯作者、共同作者身份在PNAS、Plant Cell、Nature Communications、The Plant Journal、Plant Physiology、Journal of Experimental Botany等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文35篇,先后获得三项国家基金和三项广西基金,其中二项为国家面上项目,一项为广西杰出青年基金,2018和2020年也获得了国家重点实验室青年人才专项基金资助。

主持承担的主要科研项目:

(1) 国家自然科学基金地区项目,水稻雄性不育基因MS87的克隆及其功能分析,45万,2016-2019;(主持)

(2)国家自然科学基金面上项目,水稻耐铝毒基因ALS7的功能分析与分子机理,61万,2017-2020;(主持)

(3)国家自然科学基金面上项目,OsDCS1基因调控水稻凯氏带形成和矿质元素选择性吸收的分子机理研究,58万,2021-2024;(主持)

(4)广西自然科学基金回国基金重点项目, 基于CRISPR/Cas9技术的ART1下游耐铝毒新基因挖掘及其功能分析,20万,2016-2018;(主持)

(5)广西自然科学基金杰出青年项目,水稻耐铝毒分子机理研究,40万,2017-2020;(主持)

 研究方向:

1)水稻响应铝毒、镉毒、盐毒等营养逆境的生理和分子机理的研究;

2)水稻凯氏带形成及其在养分吸收中的作用机制。

指导的员工获奖:

三位研究生获得国家奖学金,两位研究生获得伟德国际1946董事长奖学金。
