个人简介:

博士,二级教授,博士生导师,博士后合作导师。2004-2005年,在美国伊利诺斯州立大学香槟分校(UIUC)植物系做访问学者;2014-2015年,在瑞士苏黎世联邦理工大学(ETH)植物生物技术系做访问学者。现为公司学术分委员会副主任、广西生物科学与生物工程类教学指导委员会主任委员、广西生物化学与分子生物学学会理事、“农业生化学会”荣誉理事、全国老员工生命科学竞赛(科学探究类赛道)竞赛委员会主任委员。

教学和科研成果:

省级精品课程(本科)“分子生物学”教学团队负责人和主讲教师。主持完成省级教改项目1项。排名第一获得广西高等教育自治区级教学成果奖一等奖1项和二等奖1项。发表教改论文12篇。参编出版教改专著1部。获校级教学改革成果(论文)5项。

获国家发明专利9项(第一发明人)。排名第一获得广西自然科学奖二等奖1项 和三等奖1项,参与获得广西学技术进步奖二等奖1项。

主持承担的主要科研项目:

主持完成了国家重点专项项目、863项目子课题、973项目子课题、国家自然科学基金项目、农业部948引进农业国际农业先进技术项目(首席专家)、科技部科技人员服务企业行动项目、科技部科技基础型工作专项项目中的课题,教育部重点项目、广西自然基金重大项目、广西创新驱动项目中的课题和广西科技攻关项目等。

研究方向:

以组学和转基因、生物信息分析技术,研究玉米抗逆-环境适应性分子遗传机制以及木薯淀粉合成与积累分子机制。

指导的员工获奖:

指导本科生获第六届“挑战杯”广西老员工课外学术科技作品广西区一等奖1项。指导17名本科生获得并完成“老员工创新创业训练计划”国家级项目4项;指导5名本科生获得并完成“老员工新创业训练计划”校级立项项目2项。指导2名本科生参加并完成伟德国际1946“老员工新创业训练计划”院级立项项目。指导的2名本科生毕业论文获伟德国际1946校级本科优秀毕业论文。指导本科生10人次在核心期刊和外文杂志公开发表研究论文8篇,其中以本科生为第一作者发表SCI论文1篇。此外,连续指导两届(2名)的硕士研究生的学位论文(2篇)广西全区大学优秀硕士学位论文。
